Beano For Cows
An artilce in the current issue of New Scientist explains how to cut back methane emissions from cows. Apparently, fish oil in their food curbs their gas. The article reports a couple of small (large.. in my eye) problems. Your red meat might taste like fish. And.....it could seriously deplete fish populations that already are in trouble. Gee...how about cutting back on red meat.
