I read some great posts today addressing the hunger issue. First a big THANK YOU to bloggers that write so eloquently about this issue. I try to give some perspective to my readers on what it is like to live on Social Security Disability benefits. I'm the first to admit I'm not a writer by skill or education. Add in the chronic fatigue and chronic pain and some days I feel it is a major accomplishment to post a song that I read in a blog somewhere. My point being more and more folks rely on food banks and soup kitchens then ever before! The pessimist explains the political implications:
