S. Korea suspends U.S. beef imports
South Korea was cited as saying Friday it would suspend beef imports from a U.S. slaughterhouse after a bone was found in a shipment, a violation of a mad cow disease agreement.
The agriculture ministry said in a statement that the shipment originated from Creekstone Farms Premium Beef, a slaughterhouse and meat packer in Arkansas City, Kan. LINK
