Why I Love Corvallis, Oregon, Part 2,011 v.413

Corvallis has successfully increased ridership on our bus system by providing free bus service for everyone.  A fee is applied to resident's utility bills to support this program.  Check out the dramatic increase of bus riders between Feb and March 2011.
