Rex Jakabosky has passed from this life and has gone to his eternal life with his Lord and Savior.
“Ramblin” Rex was born in Upland
California. As a young man, his love of music was clear and he pursued
his passion throughout his life. He sang, played piano, guitar,
harmonica, which he learned from his grandmother, the trumpet and just
about anything he got his hands on. While they were in high school
together in Lancaster, California, he met and played with Frank Zappa,
who later formed the group, The Mothers of Invention and and Henry
Vestine, one of the original members of Canned Heat. LINK
