My current Battle:
On March 6, Representative Jeff Kruse (R-Roseburg) introduced a bill
that would alter two main facets of Oregon's medical marijuana
program. This bill, H.B. 2939, would force the program's applicants to
complete an education course. It would also permanently proscribe
anyone with a prior drug conviction from participating in the program.

If it aint one thing, it's something else..or It's always something!!
